Buckley Law P.C., a full-service law firm, is pleased to announce that Shareholder and Attorney Jillian Pollock has joined the Oregon Lawyers Against Hunger (OLAH) board in July 2019.
Pollock was the team captain for Buckley Law P.C.’s participation in the OLAH Lawyers v. Hunger Campaign for the Oregon Food Bank in September 2018. During the two week campaign she increased Buckley Law’s participation and donations in 2018 by incorporating a firm-wide initiative that saw 72% employee participation.
Pollock is in the firm’s employment and business practice groups. Her practice includes representing employers in federal and state court proceedings and in administrative proceedings. Her practice also includes employment counseling. She is also a frequent speaker and author on employment law topics. She graduated summa cum laude from Gonzaga University School of Law and was an associate editor for the Gonzaga Law Review.
OLAH recognizes that hunger is an income issue, and through its efforts since 1997, has raised over $2.4 million to battle hunger and poverty in the community.
