Aaron Bell

Experience

Aaron Bell is a Shareholder at Buckley Law and has more than 35 years of experience representing businesses of various sizes, lending institutions, private lenders, creditors, and individuals, in a broad array of business, lending and commercial circumstances and matters. Aaron is licensed to practice law in Oregon and Washington and he is well versed in all facets of business and corporate law, including entity formation, financing, governance, successions, redemptions, and mergers and acquisitions.  In addition, Aaron has litigated, arbitrated, and mediated complex business, commercial, and bankruptcy matters.

His clients are national lenders, regional equity and agricultural lenders, small to medium sized companies and businesses, nonprofit entities and organizations, and people involved in business, real estate, and commercial transactions.

He is a regular speaker at seminars and other events in Oregon and Washington on various topics concerning the law and issues specifically related to entities, the agricultural industry, and lenders. In addition, he has prepared written materials and spoken on topics concerning the formation, financing, sale, and purchase of businesses.

Prior to joining Buckley Law, Aaron founded Bell Law Firm in 2000. The firm joined with Buckley in 2023. Aaron received his J.D. from Willamette University College of Law.  Aaron was selected by Best Lawyers in America© in the field of Banking & Finance Law (2025).
