Molly is receiving the Rookie of the Year Award for her important contributions as a committee member on the YLS continuing education committee.

Molly joined Buckley Law in 2021 as an Associate Attorney and was promoted to Shareholder in 2023.
Her practice focuses on litigation, including contested guardianship and conservatorship proceedings, and probate, trust, and elder abuse matters. Molly also specializes in representing clients with Oregon Department of Human Services (DHS) involvement, from the start of a Child Protective Services assessment to the Founded review process. She also represents parents and resource parents in dependency proceedings.
